How far in advance should I contact you to book a sunrise balloon tour?
For weekends and peak seasons, we recommend contacting us 3–4 months in advance. For weekdays and off-peak dates, 7–10 days is usually enough. If you have a specific date in mind, include it in your message and we’ll confirm availability or suggest nearby alternatives.
What information should I include in my message?
Please share your preferred date or date range, the number of guests, whether you’re interested in a shared or private flight, and any special occasions (like proposals or birthdays). This helps us reply with accurate availability, pricing, and the best options for your group.
How quickly will you respond if I contact you outside of business hours?
