Sunrise Balloons Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a hot air balloon ride with Sunrise Balloons, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept [List accepted payment methods]. A confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

 

  1. Cancellations made  3 days prior to the flight date will receive a Flight  credit.
  2. Cancellations made within 2 days of the flight date are will be considered a no-show and your ticket will be considered redeemed.
  3. Refunds are only permitted if FLIGHT PROTECTION is purchased within 12 hours of your original booking.

Please note: Weather conditions may affect flight schedules and is not a refundable reason. Sunrise Balloons reserves the right to reschedule or cancel flights due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability

Sunrise Balloons and its employees are not liable for any injuries or damages arising from participation in a hot air balloon ride, unless caused by gross negligence. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with hot air ballooning.

5. Weather Conditions

Sunrise Balloons reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to adverse weather conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible if a flight is affected.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California/USA.
