What happens if the weather isn’t safe for flying?
Safety always wins. If weather conditions aren’t safe, our pilots will call for a reschedule. You’ll be offered the next available sunrise that works for you, or a full credit to use within 12 months.
What should I wear on a sunrise flight?
Think cozy, layered, and comfortable. Closed-toe shoes, a light jacket, and something you can easily move in. Temperatures in the basket are usually similar to ground level once the sun is up.
Is it scary if I’m afraid of heights?
Most guests who say they’re afraid of heights are surprised by how calm and gentle it feels. There’s no sudden drop feeling—just a smooth, steady float. You’re always welcome to chat with your pilot and take it at your own pace.
How early do we meet before sunrise?
Typically 45–60 minutes before sunrise. Exact times depend on the season and will be confirmed in your pre-flight email the day before.
Can kids fly too?
Yes! Kids are welcome as long as they’re at least 6 years old and tall enough to see over the basket edge safely (usually around 48 inches / 122 cm).
