All promotional tickets (i.e Groupon price match , living social, stocking suffers etc., ) are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, they do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time, as long as we have the availability to do so. 

Keep in mind that our weather sensitive tours may be cancelled due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. If this does happen, you are given the option to re book your tour at a later date !

Please be advised that all bookings made on a holiday/ holiday weekend are subject to our holiday fee depending on the holiday scheduled . 

There is a mandatory service charge for parties of 4 guests or more. 

The additional fee will either be

 $50 per person or $75 per person with Groupon customer fee being $100.00 per person for our ballooning guests and $20.00 , $25.00 with $55 fee being for our wine tour groupon customers.
